The Complete wedding planning package is for couples who want help planning their special day from the very beginning. With this package the couple and their planner work side by side in creating the perfect plan to match their vision for their wedding.. This package is highly recommended for couples who have a busy schedule, need help planning their destination wedding or simply need help staying on the right track. We’ll help you customize your wedding to fit you and your fiance and make it unique to you both.  We start by learning about the vision for your event and can easily help match you with the best suited vendors for your style and price range.  From there we take on all of the bigger tasks together like creating a budget, researching and booking your vendors, reviewing contracts, and rental orders, but don’t worry, your planner will take the lead! This way you can relax and enjoy the planning process without the added stress! Our main goal at Smash Events Planning is for our clients to enjoy their planning process and allow us to help create and execute their dream wedding just as it was imagined and the Complete Wedding Package allows us to become closer than ever with our clients while we help plan the wedding if their dreams!

• Access to our Preferred Vendors List and customized planning folder
• Weekly phone calls and/or emails leading up to the wedding day
• Creation of a wedding day timeline and schedule of events for your wedding day
• Attend Catering + Cake Tastings + 1 rental company showroom visit
• Attend (2) site visits, if required
• Place and manage all rental orders
• Budget Breakdown and management and Contract Analysis
• Recommendations to vendors specifically suited to you
• Act as the liaison between client and vendors for all logistical needs
• Set up and manage hotel blocks for out-of-town guests
• Guidance on wedding etiquette
• Creation execution of ceremony and reception layout
• Direct Ceremony Rehearsal
• Assisting the family, wedding party and guests as needed
• Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, personal décor, favors, champagne flutes, escort cards, place cards and menu cards etc.
• Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring all wedding party and certain family members receive flowers
• Coordinate all deliveries and installations of the wedding day in accordance with vendor contracts
• Direct and assist vendors with complete set-up of ceremony and reception site 
• Distribution of final payments and gratuities
• Manage and coordinate transportation for family and guests
• Conduct final seating and table check prior to reception
• Coordination of arrival of guests and ceremony processional
• Cue all music changes and speeches with band/DJ
• Cue guest of honor and family for special moments including: cake cutting, toasts and dancing
• Serve as point person for all vendors—cueing timing throughout event
• Manage and remedy all moment-to-moment challenges
• Oversee strike of venue
• Collect any wedding day elements and gifts as previously planned with client
• Make any necessary returns to vendors  
• Provide event emergency kit (including sewing kit, stain remover, etc)
• Complete Day-Of Coordination, including ceremony and reception (Approximately 12 hours of work)
